03 / CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS
A strong foundation.
Materials that endure.
A composite load-bearing base, ballistic nylon and Hypalon. Each material has its own role in the system.
Ballistic nylon
Tightly woven nylon yarns provide high tear and abrasion resistance.
Hypalon
Resistant to abrasion, sunlight and weather. Does not rot, and is designed for years of outdoor use.
Composite load-bearing base
A lightweight, strong and rigid base for the side modules. It holds its shape and helps keep luggage stable.

Outer pockets adjust to your gear
Loosen the compression straps to slide a loaded dry bag in or out. After loading, tighten the outer pocket to match the volume of your gear.
How the luggage is secured
The outer pocket stays snug even when partly loaded. Strong straps and reliable side-release buckles secure the modules and top bag.
MOLLE for accessories
Attachment points on the front and rear of the side modules and on the outer top flap securing the top bag.

Attach compatible accessories, including those from other brands. When you remove the extra pockets, their MOLLE attachment points are available too.

The waterproof inner bags protect your gear from rain, spray and mud. Close them properly before setting off.
A damaged dry bag can be repaired or replaced.

Once the order is agreed, we’ll send the final amount and bank details. We dispatch on the next working day after receiving full payment for the goods. No weekend dispatches. We confirm payment in writing and provide a purchase document.
Delivery is not included in the kit price.

We ship with CDEK or another carrier of your choice, agreed with N42. We'll confirm the delivery cost and estimated transit time before you pay for the order.
With CDEK, you pay the carrier directly for delivery when you receive the parcel. N42 receives payment for the goods only. For other carriers, delivery payment terms are agreed separately.
International delivery by arrangement. For other destinations, we’ll confirm whether delivery is available, the carrier, cost and estimated transit time before you pay.
Replace a part. Keep the system.
If an individual part is damaged or torn, it can be replaced. N42 stocks spare parts for the system.
Support goes with you.
We’ll help identify the part you need and arrange shipment to you during your trip. Delivery options and timing are agreed based on your location.

Good to know
Can I ride with a passenger?
No. The system mounts on the pillion seat and occupies that space. It is designed for travelling without a passenger.
Do I need tools to install it?
Initial assembly of the centre and two side base sections requires a hex key and threadlocker, both included. Once the base is adjusted to your motorcycle, the assembled system attaches with straps, without tools.
Do I need to remove the system at overnight stops?
No. Simply take out the dry bags you need and bring them with you. The outer modules and load-bearing base stay on the motorcycle throughout the trip.
How should I pack and balance my gear?
Pack the heaviest items at the bottom of the side modules, with lighter items above. Distribute weight evenly between both sides and respect your motorcycle’s load limits.
What if a part is damaged during a trip?
Contact N42 and send a photo of the damage. We'll help identify the part and arrange a replacement. Spare parts are in stock; delivery options and timing are agreed based on your location.
What does the warranty cover?
N42 provides a one-year warranty from the date you receive the system, covering defects in materials and workmanship, including stitching and attachments. Damage caused by falls, incorrect installation or improper use is assessed separately; replacement may be chargeable.
When will you dispatch my order?
We dispatch on the next working day after receiving full payment for the goods. No dispatches on weekends. Availability and delivery are confirmed before payment.
