Seller and goods

Placing an order
Contact N42 through a published working channel. Before payment, the seller confirms availability and sends an offer specifying the goods and contents, final price, currency, payment details, collection or delivery method and delivery terms. Any payment deadline is stated in that offer. Do not transfer funds without confirmation of availability and the final amount.
Payment for an agreed order constitutes acceptance of these terms and the individually agreed order terms. The contract is concluded when full payment for a confirmed order is received. Asking a question or browsing the website does not itself constitute an order. Agreed terms are retained in correspondence; changes require the buyer's consent.
Price and payment
The complete kit costs 590 US dollars when paying in USD, 49900 RUB when paying in RUB or 49900 KGS when paying in KGS, excluding delivery. RUB and KGS prices are fixed and do not automatically follow exchange rates. EUR, KZT and BYN amounts on the website are indicative. The final amount and an available transfer method in the chosen currency are confirmed before payment.
The goods must be paid for in full before dispatch, to the sole trader's account using details provided by the seller. Bank charges depend on the transfer; terms affecting the payment amount are agreed before payment. We confirm receipt in correspondence and provide a purchase document. Delivery is not included in the kit price.
Dispatch and receipt
We dispatch a confirmed, fully paid order on the next working day after payment is received. We do not dispatch on weekends. Collection time is arranged separately.
Main destinations are Russia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. We use CDEK or another carrier chosen by the buyer and agreed with N42. Delivery availability, carrier, cost and estimated transit time are agreed before payment.
With CDEK, the buyer pays the carrier directly for delivery on receipt. Payment terms for other carriers are agreed separately. We provide tracking information after handing the order to the carrier. Transit time is separate from dispatch time and depends on the carrier and destination.
Collection is available in Bishkek by prior arrangement; the address and time are provided when confirming the order. International delivery elsewhere is arranged individually, including clarification of import rules and any compulsory charges for the destination country.
Check the packaging and contents on receipt. If you notice damage, record it in photos and the carrier's documents where possible and contact N42. Failure to make such a record does not in itself remove the buyer's statutory rights.
Returns and claims
For a return or quality issue, contact the seller through a working channel published on the website. Identify the order or provide other proof of purchase, describe your request and attach photos if helpful. Keep correspondence and payment confirmation. A missing receipt does not in itself rule out other evidence of purchase.
The seller provides return instructions and a receiving address. Asking for instructions does not suspend statutory deadlines or make the buyer's rights conditional on prior permission from the seller.
Returns of non-defective goods, claim and refund deadlines and allocation of costs follow mandatory rules applicable to the purchase. For distance purchases in Russia, withdrawal is possible before delivery and within seven days afterwards; if written return instructions were not provided on delivery, within three months. Requirements for preserving the goods and statutory exceptions apply as prescribed by law. Buyers in other countries retain the mandatory protections applicable to them.
For confirmed defects, statutory remedies apply, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable. These terms do not shorten mandatory periods or restrict the buyer's right to approach competent authorities or courts.
Warranty and spare parts
The seller's warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from receipt. We assess the nature and circumstances of a defect. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or external impact is not a manufacturing defect; replacement may be chargeable. Mechanical damage does not in itself rule out a claim for a separate manufacturing defect.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by this warranty. Contact N42 about use, spare parts and help during a trip. Part prices, availability and shipping options are confirmed when you enquire.
Applicable terms
The terms published and agreed when an order is placed apply to that order. Website changes do not change an existing contract without both parties' consent. The seller operates in the Kyrgyz Republic; this does not exclude mandatory consumer protections applicable to a particular purchase.
