How the current version works

The form sends your email, question, selected language and consent confirmation to the website server, then to hello@n42gear.com. We do not request passwords, payment details or documents in this form. There are no marketing mailings or automatic replies to visitors.

Hosting and email are provided by Beget. The seller is registered in the Kyrgyz Republic and reads email using Spark. Spark uses its own server-side processing for notifications. The enquiry is accessible to the seller and the services needed to deliver and read it; their policies also apply to technical processing.

The Telegram link opens a conversation with Dmitry in an external service. Telegram’s own policies also apply to the conversation. Marketing mailings, calls and visitor analytics are not enabled in this version.

Technical connections and external services

When a page opens, the browser sends the server technical information needed for the connection, including an IP address. Manrope is loaded from Google Fonts, making requests to Google. YouTube and the Telegram channel open via external links; there is no embedded YouTube player. The destination service's rules apply after following a link.

To suggest a currency, the browser contacts api.country.is. That service receives the IP address and technical connection information. Website code uses only the country code, does not store the returned IP and does not request GPS location. With a VPN or an unavailable service, currency can be selected manually.

Manual currency selection is stored in localStorage under n42-display-currency to remember it on later visits. Clear site data to remove it. If a manual choice is already saved, country detection is not requested.

To protect the form, the server uses IP addresses, single-use tokens and technical fingerprints. Questions and email addresses are not stored in anti-spam counters. Expired counters are removed during subsequent requests and scheduled cleanup. Hosting logs are processed by Beget under its service terms.

Manual language selection is stored in localStorage under n42-language. On the first visit, the browser language is used; Russian is the fallback if no supported language matches. A direct language link opens that language regardless of automatic selection. Clear site data to remove the saved choice.

Handling enquiries

Your email and question are used to reply and discuss a purchase. For delivery of a paid order, we separately agree the recipient details, address or collection point and the information needed by the carrier.

Data is used to reply, agree and fulfil an order, provide support and meet legal duties. Do not put bank details, documents or unnecessary third-party information in a free-text question. Enquiring does not request or imply marketing consent.

Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted within 90 days after the conversation ends. Records for paid orders, warranties and mandatory accounting are retained on separate legal grounds for the applicable periods. The seller deletes email correspondence; automatic email deletion is not configured.

Your rights and requests

You may request processing information, correction of inaccurate data and deletion where the law provides, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not end processing required on an independent lawful basis. The seller may request minimum information to verify that a request comes from the data subject.
